Hijama.App is published by Hijama.App.

2. Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States) on servers located in the European Union. The database and files are hosted by Supabase in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany.

3. What the service is

Hijama.App is a directory of hijama and cupping practitioners with online booking. Practitioners list their own clinic and remain responsible for what they publish and for the treatments they provide. Hijama.App is not a healthcare provider and gives no medical advice.

4. Marketing emails and texts sent to clinics

From time to time we write to clinics that publicly advertise hijama or cupping, to let them know they can list on Hijama.App. Here is how we handle that.

• Where the details come from: your public website, your public listing on a booking platform or business directory, or your public social media page. We do not buy lists.
• Why we hold them: to send you this message and to record your answer, on the basis of our legitimate interest in telling clinics about a service built for their profession.
• How long: until you tell us to stop, or at most twelve months after our last message if you never reply.
• How to stop: click the opt-out link in the text message, or reply "no thanks" to the email. We remove you the same day, from both email and text, and we keep your address only on a suppression list so that we do not write to you again.
• Your rights: you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and object to its use, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the French CNIL.

5. Personal data of patients

Practitioners remain responsible for their patients' data; Hijama.App hosts and processes it on their behalf as a processor. Data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Technical providers are Supabase (database and files), Vercel (hosting), Resend (emails), Twilio (text messages) and Stripe (online payments). 6. Intellectual property

The site, its name, its texts and its code belong to the publisher of Hijama.App. Practitioners keep the rights to the texts and photos they publish on their own profile.

7. Governing law

This site is published under French law. The French versions of the legal notice, terms and privacy policy prevail in case of any difference with this summary.
