Hijama.App is a directory and online practice toolkit for hijama practitioners in Europe and Morocco: online booking, intake forms, signed consent and reminders. Over 60 practitioners in France, Belgium, the UK, Switzerland and Morocco are listed in the directory. We are now building a waitlist of founding practitioners in the US.
This is a waitlist, not a launch: Hijama.App is not open to US practitioners yet.

Agreeing on a time by message takes several rounds, and appointments still slip through. Patients book you online instead, and see your real availability.
Same-gender practitioners
Many patients want a practitioner of the same gender. You label your practice women, men or mixed, and patients can filter the directory accordingly.
Sunnah days
Many patients look for the 17th, 19th and 21st of the lunar month. Hijama.App shows these days, calculated with the Umm al-Qura calendar (other calendars are not supported yet), and lets patients book on them.
Intake and contraindications
A contraindication questionnaire and a signed consent form are completed before the session, so they are on file when the patient arrives.

Frequently asked questions
Is Hijama.App open in the US yet?
Not yet. We are building a waitlist of founding practitioners. Online payments in US dollars, US time zones and text message reminders are not available yet, and we cannot promise them or give a date. We will email the waitlist if we decide to open.
Which states will you launch in first?
We are planning pilots in Texas (Houston and Dallas), Illinois (Chicago) and Michigan (Detroit and Dearborn). You can join from any state: it helps us decide where to go next.
What about licensing and state rules?
Rules differ by state, and in some states wet cupping is limited to certain licensed professions. Every practitioner stays responsible for following the rules that apply to their license and their state. Hijama.App does not verify licenses or certifications and does not give legal advice: check with your state board if you are unsure.
How much will it cost?
There is a free plan with your directory profile and up to 10 bookings a month, a monthly Pro plan, and a Clinic plan for several practitioners at $49 a month. The planned prices are shown on this page and may change before launch. We plan to offer 50% off the Pro plan for 12 months to the first 50 practitioners who subscribe after launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot.
Can my patients pay deposits online in dollars?
Not yet, and we cannot promise it. We are working on US dollar payments, but we have no date.
How is my data used?
We use what you share on this page only to contact you about a possible Hijama.App US launch and to decide how to build and price it. We never sell your data. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails, and you can ask us to delete your entry. See the privacy notice at the bottom of this page.

Privacy notice (English summary)
The full notice is in French and prevails: politique de confidentialité.
- What we collect: the answers you give in the form (name, business name, email, optional phone, city, state, practice details, your answer to the price question and anything you write in the open question), the date you agreed to be contacted, the campaign parameters in the link you came from (if any) and the website you came from. Please do not write patient or health information in the form.
- Network address: we keep an unreadable fingerprint of your network address, only to limit abuse (3 sign-ups per hour). It is erased after 30 days.
- Price-test cookie: on this page we set a first-party cookie (a random ID, 90 days) so that you always see the same planned price. It is not used for advertising and holds no personal information.
- Why: to contact you about a possible Hijama.App US launch, and to decide how to build and price it. We never sell your data.
- How long: until you ask us to stop or delete your entry, and in any case no more than 24 months after you sign up.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by replying to any of our emails or writing to support@hijamaapp.com.
- Licenses: Hijama.App does not verify licenses or certifications and does not give legal advice. Every practitioner is responsible for following the rules of their state.
